If you click on the site and see a very random looking layout, that’s because I’m currently working on a new theme, and am finding the “Preview” option in Wordpress unwieldy. I will turn the old theme back on when I’m done.

I was wondering if you would allow guest writers contribute in the future.
Potentially. I haven’t actually sought out guest writers, but it’s mainly because I want to make sure the blog stays focused and that the quality of writing stays high. I would probably be open to having regular guest contributors if someone expressed interest.
